To reduce binge drinking you can try to not drink as much as you

become a habit and you will always no not to drink. If you are offered a drink
just say no, and if you are pressured or forced to do it try to avoid it as much
as possible. To stop this you can stop hanging out with the people who are binge
drinking every weekend and hang out with different people that no not to do it
much. If you want to hang it with the same people but they binge drink, try to
avoid going to party’s all the time and have breaks. To try and get alcohol out
of your system, after drinking for a good night out, drink a lot of water, that
will help you become who you really are and make you fell normal.
